Honeydew specializes in sourcing the best providers for the job and coordinating the work on your behalf. We work diligently to meet the unique needs of each homeowner, helping you to save time and money so that you can get back to living your life.

When you log into your dedicated portal, the first step is to submit a service ticket. Your request will notify your home manager, who then will begin working on getting your project or need taken care of. In some cases, your home manager may reach out to you for clarification or additional details. Once the estimate is created and approved by you, a servicer will be assigned and sent out at your earliest convenience.

You can continue to receive your regularly scheduled maintenance services as long as the accounts stay current, but the terms and conditions or pricing of the servicer may change if it was being discounted as a Honeydew member.
